A search is underway for an immediate opening of the position of Quality Assurance Agent.
Quality Assurance Agent is a person directly involved in listening the recorded calls of agents selling tickets to customers. Quality Assurance Agent is responsible for monitoring if the agent was following the company’s rules and policies during his conversation with the customer, and communicating mistakes to the Travel Agent via an email message.
