Potrivit legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare, prin str\u0103in se \u00een\u021belege persoana care nu are cet\u0103\u0163enia rom\u00e2n\u0103, cet\u0103\u0163enia unui alt stat membru al Uniunii Europene sau al Spa\u0163iului Economic European ori cet\u0103\u0163enia Confedera\u0163iei Elve\u0163iene.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de tipul activit\u0103\u0163ii pe care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 o desf\u0103\u015foare \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<strong>, <\/strong>\u0219i \u00een limitele stabilite anual,<strong> pot fi \u00eencadra\u021bi \u00een munc\u0103, pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, urm\u0103toarele categorii de lucr\u0103tori:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>e) <strong>lucr\u0103tor permanent<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103 sau pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>f<strong>) lucr\u0103tor stagiar<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei pentru efectuarea unui stagiu cu durat\u0103 determinat\u0103 \u00een scopul ob\u0163inerii unei calific\u0103ri profesionale sau \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irii preg\u0103tirii profesionale, precum \u015fi al \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irii cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor lingvistice \u015fi culturale;<\/p>\n<p>g) <strong>lucr\u0103tor sezonier<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei \u00eentr-un sector \u00een care activitatea se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ie de succesiunea anotimpurilor, cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103, care nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi 6 luni \u00eentr-un interval de 12 luni;<\/p>\n<p>h) <strong>lucr\u0103tor transfrontalier<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul, cet\u0103\u0163ean al unui stat ce are frontier\u0103 comun\u0103 cu Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi care locuie\u015fte \u00een zona de frontier\u0103 a statului respectiv, \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103 \u00eentr-o localitate de frontier\u0103 de pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103 sau pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>i) <strong>lucr\u0103tor \u00eenalt calificat<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei pe un loc de munc\u0103 \u00eenalt calificat, cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103 sau pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in un an;<\/p>\n<p>j) <strong>lucr\u0103tor deta\u015fat<\/strong> &#8211; str\u0103inul calificat, angajat al unei persoane juridice cu sediul \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 o activitate lucrativ\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei \u00een una dintre urm\u0103toarele situa\u0163ii:<\/p>\n<p>(i) este deta\u015fat pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, \u00een cadrul unui contract \u00eencheiat \u00eentre \u00eentreprinderea care face deta\u015farea \u015fi beneficiarul prest\u0103rii de servicii care \u00ee\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activitatea \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;<\/p>\n<p>(ii) este deta\u015fat la o reprezentan\u0163\u0103, sucursal\u0103 sau filial\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia a unei persoane juridice str\u0103ine;<\/p>\n<p>(iii) este deta\u015fat la o \u00eentreprindere care apar\u0163ine unui grup de \u00eentreprinderi, recunoscut conform legisla\u0163iei na\u0163ionale, situat\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei;<\/p>\n<p>k) <strong>personal cu calificare special\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; profesorii universitari, cercet\u0103torii \u015fi personalul \u015ftiin\u0163ific care desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia o activitate academic\u0103 sau o activitate de cercetare \u00een cadrul institu\u0163iilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior acreditate\/autorizate s\u0103 func\u0163ioneze provizoriu, institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie \u015fi cercetare, autorit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi institu\u0163iilor din sistemul administra\u0163iei publice centrale;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedura angaj\u0103rii str\u0103inilor<\/strong> de c\u0103tre angajatori, persoane fizice sau juridice din Rom\u00e2nia, necesit\u0103 parcurgerea urm\u0103toarelor etape:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ob\u0163inerea avizului de angajare;<\/li>\n<li>ob\u0163inerea unei vize de lung\u0103 \u015federe;<\/li>\n<li>ob\u0163inerea dreptului de \u015federe;<\/li>\n<li>eliberarea unui permis de \u015federe \u00een scop de munc\u0103 \/ \u00een scop de\n<p>deta\u015fare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministerul Muncii vine cu o informa\u021bie despre cum pot fi introdu\u0219i cet\u0103\u021benii str\u0103ini \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii.
