Asta o arat\u0103 un studiu realizat de compania iSense Solutions pentru grupul Lowe, \u00een cadrul platformei Bold by Lowe Group.<\/p>\n<p>Studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 fidelitatea tinerilor fa\u021b\u0103 de locul de munc\u0103 este mai mic\u0103, ace\u0219tia afl\u00e2ndu-se deja la al doilea (18-25 ani) sau la al treilea job (26-34 ani). Mai mult, doar 40% (18-25 ani), respectiv 49% (26-34 ani) lucreaz\u0103 \u00een domeniul \u00een care s-au preg\u0103tit.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit datelor, mai bine de jum\u0103tate dintre reprezentan\u021bii genera\u021biei Millennials, n\u0103scu\u021bi \u00een 1980-2000, sus\u021bin c\u0103 sunt mul\u021bumi\u021bi cu locul lor de munc\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 doar 20% l-ar recomanda altor persoane.<\/p>\n<p>Principalii factori care \u00eei determin\u0103 s\u0103 accepte un job sunt programul (48% dintre ambele categorii de v\u00e2rst\u0103) \u0219i salariul (pentru 39% din 18-25 ani, respectiv 42% din 26-34 ani).
