HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Logistics Administrator

About company:

International company specialized in logistics and distribution services.

Main tasks:
•Co-coordinating collections of waste from Customer site to final recovery/ disposal outlet Arranging collections/ deliveries and dealing with other hauliers.
•Preparation of necessary Transport documentation
•Ensuring that correct packaging/ labelling is provided/ used.
•Organization & follow-up of correct and timely SAP registration.
•In the case of problems with order creation, give feedback to the relevant departments (Technical, WT, Commercial...) in order to obtain correctly prepared information
•In the case of tenders/implementation of new customers, contribute to ensuring maximization of the synergy between what is possible in SAP and customer/Commercial requirements
•Timely turnaround of classification requests to facilitate compliant movement of waste loads for customers
•Ensure compliance with requirements of DGSA legislation:

Requirements for candidate:
•University degree or equal by experience( chemistry degree- advantage)
•Team Player and flexible mind-set.
•MS Office knowledge,
•Express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English,
•SAP, DGSA/IMDG, Logistics experience, Lean Six Sigma experience- advantage
