We are looking for experienced Manager in manpower outsourcing field. Manager would be responsible for opening our new office in Bukarest including: finding and renting an office on our behalf, finding and renting accommodation for or employees, looking for new business perspectives for company, hiring and managing staff especially form Moldova, Ukraine, Bulgaria, hiring office employees. 

Key responsibilities:

• Unassisted manage of our branch office and project realisation (incl. looking for accommodation, transportation etc.)

• Cooperate with law-firm, recruiting agencies and accountants office

• Budget management (optimisation of costs)

• Create and maintain business relationships

• Monitor market demand for employees and staff changes

• Supervision of the correctness of employee documentation with offices in due time

• Take care of our staff and rotation max. 10%

• Good organization skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required

• Ability to manage several projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills

• “I can” and “I will” attitude

Requirements:

• Languages: Romanian and English, Russian would be an advantage

• Experience in hiring/outsourcing and managing

• Driver’s licence

• MS Office, social media 

• Experience in Project Management
