Ringostat — is a Ukrainian-based SaaS that includes 7 products for sales and marketing, that creates a single ecosystem. For the last 2 years, we are achieving “High Performer” on an authoritative review service G2, and are in the list of top 15 services worldwide in our category. Also, we're the only technology partner of Google Analytics among similar services in Eastern Europe. In 2021 we entered the top 5 best employers according to DOU rating. Our mission is to make our clients' business efficient. Currently, there are more than 1000 businesses worldwide among Ringostat clients, including Peugeot, Mercedes-Benz, Jooble, and others.

Whom are we looking for?

Due to business development in Romania, we are looking for a sales specialist who:

  1. Helps us to build sales in the region from scratch.
  2. Knows how to find and establish contact with the "right" people (true decision-makers).
  3. Provides easy implementation and fast results from Ringostat products for the client.
  4. Provides such a level of customer service that we are being recommended.
  5. Ready to constantly learn and improve skills, regardless of their previous experience.

 What will you do?

  1. Develop Ringostat business in the territory of Romania.
  2. Conduct effective online meetings with potential clients and partners on a daily basis.
  3. Identify the true pains and needs of the clients' business and offer the best suitable solution.
  4. Fully accompany the client until the first payment is done.
  5. Attract big enterprise clients and partners according to a target list.
  6. For the first time (up to 20 active clients) provide support to all clients in the Romanian language and interact with the support team (in English) in Ukraine on complex issues.
  7. Achieve sales and LTV targets.

What do we want in return? (professional skills)

  1. Experience in b2b sales for more than 1 year.
  2. Ability and desire to communicate with people and help them. Client-oriented.
  3. The ability to find information on Google, Facebook, and Linkedin quickly and on your own.
  4. Understanding how a business works (from small to enterprise companies).
  5. Experienced computer and cloud services user.
  6. English (upper-intermediate or better).

What is an advantage?

  1. Entrepreneurial experience (negative experience is also an experience).
  2. Sales experience in b2b SaaS.
  3. Experience in sales of software/CRM services/telephony services to corporate clients.
  4. Experience and communications in telecom services.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Adwords).

  1. Salary consisting of fixed part and bonuses based on sales results of each month. For the first 6 months, you will earn at least 800 euros/month. After that, we expect you reach the salary of 1000 euros/month and more. Everything depends on your results.
