We are looking for a remote Lead Verification Specialist (LVS) to join our team!

The responsibilities of this role include:

- verifying the information in the company’s database (with using the open Internet sources);
- making phone calls using established scripts to verify the information in databases;
- maintaining an up-to-date database in the corporate program.

Schedule and Compensation

- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm EEST time (8 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation - 305 $ + bonus

- 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm EEST time (8 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation - 345 $ + bonus

- 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm EEST time (6.5 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation - 280 $ + bonus

Monthly bonuses (from $100 with 8-hour work schedule and KPI not lower than "1").

Possibility to get paid overtimes.
Possibility to review the level of compensation every six months (revision depends on individual performance).

Probation period - 2 months.
The level of increase in compensation after the probation period is up to 13% (the percentage of increase depends on the work schedule and individual performance indicators - KPI).

Requirements

1. Upper-intermediate level of English;
2. Computer and MS Office skills;
3. PC/Laptop. The equipment must be: RAM 4/8 Gb, Windows 8/8.1/10/11, macOS;
4. PC accessories, including mouse, headphones with microphone, etc;
5. A stable Internet connection. The speed should be at least 30mb/s - upload/download
6. Silence during working hours
