Vacancy for Head of Sales Department

The representative office of the German company Famaga Group OHG is looking for employees for the position of Head of Sales Department with knowledge of English of components for industrial equipment.

Our main requirement is knowledge of the Russian language (competent oral and written speech), as well as knowledge of English at the C1-C2 level.

Duties:

Control and implementation of the plan of the assigned sales department
Interviewing and recruiting new staff members
Evaluation of the performance of the department and employees
Finding ways to optimize and improve sales mechanisms
Resolving conflict situations with the company's clients
Resolving complaints from the company's clients
Increasing the planned indicators of the department
Conclusion of contracts and control of the stages of their execution;
Daily business communication with own pool of clients and new incoming applications;
Working with endpoints, incl. large corporate customers and trade organizations;

Requirements:

Knowledge of business etiquette, competent oral and written speech;
Sales experience is an advantage;
Negotiation skills with decision makers;
General technical understanding of various industries, existing technologies and equipment used in production as an advantage;
Basic knowledge of document management, negotiation of contracts;
The ability to assimilate a large amount of new information.
Language requirements: English, German or Russian - fluent
Sales experience is a must.
