PragmaGO – polish non-bank factoring company with 20 years history, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, offered fin-tech solution factoring services for micro and SME is looking for candidates for the newly opened branch in Bucharest.

Your tasks:
• Monitoring of credit risk and operational risk in the area of transaction execution and client portfolio management,
• Analysis and assessment of the safety of factoring and credit transactions,
• Identification of methods to protect against risks arising from transactions, conducting external audits at clients,

• Analysis of contract between client and debtor,
• Preparation of factoring agreements and documents,

• Preparation of procedures and operational implementation of the debt collection process,

• Cooperation with Credit Committee, insurance company and data suppliers like business intelligence company.

We will expect from you:

• Higher education preferred courses: finance and accounting, economics, management,
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of financial analysis of enterprises especially in the area of micro and SME,
• Knowledge of the specifics of customer analysis and the receivables portfolio for factoring transactions – micro and SME,
• Knowledge about insurance of receivables,

• Operational debt collection experience min 3 years,
• Good organization of work and independence in action,

• English on the upper- intermediate level.
